Jim Bullard

Jim is a retired Auditor from Wells Fargo and currently serves as the Mooresville Civitan Club Secretary and Treasurer.

He has served as the Club President from 1987 to 1989. 

NCDW Governor 2004-2005.

Jim has received the Club Honor Key in 1991; NCDW Honor Key in 1991 and District's Governor Honor Key in 2005.

He is serves on the Board of Directors of the Special Olympics North Carolina.
